These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform 99wim, available at https://99wim.cash, and apply to all registered users. By creating a 99wim account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these rules. If you disagree with any part of this document, you should not use the platform's services. By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 99wim platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, live roulette, crash games, slots, and the VIP Program — you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version, always available at https://99wim.cash/terms-conditions.
Acceptance is automatic and binding from the moment you complete registration on the platform. 99wim reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least seven calendar days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any update comes into force constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account at 99wim and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Each individual may hold one active account only on 99wim. Opening duplicate accounts under the same holder — even with different emails, CPFs, or other details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, without prejudice to any other applicable measures.
99wim reserves the right to decline any registration request without obligation to provide a reason.
99wim carries out identity verification (a process known as Know Your Customer — KYC) to ensure platform security and prevent fraud, money laundering, and access by minors. Verification may be requested at any time, but is generally triggered in the following cases:
Documents that may be requested include: a photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and, where required, proof of the payment method used for the deposit.
99wim is committed to processing submitted documents within 48 business hours. During the verification period, withdrawals may be held pending until the process is completed. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have their access temporarily suspended.

99wim accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no fixed maximum deposit amount, however 99wim may request additional verification for high-value deposits as part of its compliance obligations.
All amounts are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL). 99wim does not accept payments in foreign currency. Deposits made by third parties — meaning from a bank account whose holder differs from the 99wim account holder — are not accepted and will be returned to the sender, and may result in the account being suspended for verification.
99wim does not charge fees for processing deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.
The primary withdrawal method at 99wim is Pix, with processing in under 60 seconds for any Pix key registered with a Brazilian bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and all other institutions participating in the Banco Central's Pix system.
Before requesting a first withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification (KYC) as described in section 3. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed verification will be queued for review until the required documentation is provided.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance resulting from wagers placed with bonus funds, after the applicable rollover has been met, may be converted to real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn. Real-money balance deposited by the user may be withdrawn at any time, without restrictions, as long as there are no live bets pending settlement.

99wim offers a range of promotions for its users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and monthly surprise bonuses. Each promotion has its own conditions, which are disclosed on the Promotions page and at the time of bonus acceptance.
General rules that apply to all 99wim bonuses:
The 99wim welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to R$ 750.00, with a 5x rollover and a 30-day usage period from the date of credit. Minimum eligible deposit of R$ 20.00 via Pix.

99wim reserves the right to limit, suspend, or void bets in cases of obvious odds errors, suspected match manipulation, or technical failure. If an event is cancelled, the bet is refunded in full to the account's real-money balance.
Bets placed after the official start of an event — except for explicitly enabled live markets — will be voided and the amount refunded. The official result published by the competition's governing body is the definitive reference for settling bets at 99wim.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino round — such as a dropped connection, server error, or unexpected game behaviour — 99wim follows this procedure: if the bet was accepted and the round had begun, the outcome is determined by the server state at the time of the failure. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99wim and is subject to sanctions including immediate account suspension and balance hold pending investigation:
99wim actively monitors betting patterns and financial transactions for signs of suspicious activity. Cases showing evidence of prohibited conduct are reviewed by the compliance team, which may request additional documentation, temporarily suspend the account, or close it permanently depending on the severity.

Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix once identity verification is complete. Bonus balances with an unmet rollover requirement are forfeited upon closure.
99wim may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 99wim may temporarily hold account balances during the investigation period. Deposits confirmed as legitimate will be returned once the review is complete, minus any winnings obtained during the period of irregular conduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from this agreement will be resolved preferably through mediation, and where that is not possible, submitted to the courts of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and the specific conditions of any promotion or product, the specific conditions shall prevail where they are more favorable to the user, and the General Terms shall apply in all other cases.
